Recently I had a conversation with Kevin Monroe on the Higher Purpose Podcast where we explored some of the important lessons I’ve learned as I’ve tried to live an authentic, integrated life centered around purpose and faith.

Some of the most interesting parts were:

• About how I wrote a blog in Georgia that a pastor in India picked up and saw value in. This kind of thing happens day in and day out for people on the path of purpose who all of a sudden find that what they’re doing in their closet office is having an impact on the other side of the world.
• Getting into how authenticity paves the way for connection…and you never know what conversation you’re going to have that’s going to come back 7 years later and all of a sudden you see dots connecting.
• There are people around you every day who can teach you something, and sometimes, you just have to be audacious and put yourself out there in a position where the unbelievable can happen.
